See for yourself how Waltham Forest Council has transformed its services and moved from being a poor to a three star local authority in just three years.

Meet the people who led the changes - from those dealing day to day with the public to those who implemented the systems and processes needed to make the change.

Learn from their successes and their mistakes to help you transform your organisation.
