Who we are

We are one of London's leading organisers of professional conferences and events exclusively for the public sector. We've worked for over half the London Boroughs and a variety of other public bodies including law enforcement, health and academic organisations.

Newham Youth Services commissioned our first event fifteen years ago, a one day conference for young people on environmental issues.

Since then we've organised conferences on everything from preventing teenage pregnancy and supporting young parents through to implementing the Freedom of Information Act. Our smallest event had just twenty delegates, our largest nearly 300.

We share your values and strive to make all the events we organise accessible, inclusive and sustainable.

We've got fifteen years experience of organising successful conferences and events. We are a VAT registered, properly insured business with a strong sense of ethics and a quality culture. We can provide references from previous clients on request.

How we work with you

We'll fit in with your way of working, but generally we like to meet regularly to discuss progress and make key decisions; keeping in touch by phone and email between meetings.

Behind the scenes we'll use the Prince II project management methodology to ensure your event stays on schedule and on budget.

When is the best time to call?

Give us a call as soon as you've decided to organise an event. We can help you prepare a detailed budget, identify suitable venues and prepare a programme.

Starting work earlier gives us a better chance of securing your preferred speakers; booking the venue you want on the day you want; and reaching your potential delegates.
