
Meeting is the best way for us to understand your event and for you to understand us.
We'll talk about why you are planning an event; who you would like to attend and why they would want to come to your conference. We'll also discuss some practicalities like where you'd like to hold your event; when you'd like to hold your event and how you are funding it. Email events@promarta.co.uk or call us on 020 8586 0571 to arrange a mutually convenient time. An initial meeting normally takes between 45 minutes and one hour.
You won't get a sales pitch. You won't have to sit through a PowerPoint presentation. And we won't leave you with a brochure unless you really want one (it just repeats what is on this website).

You can either complete our Free Estimate form or email your event details to events@promarta.co.uk and we'll normally provide an estimate within two working days. The more details you can provide the more accurate our estimate is likely to be, but don't worry if you can't be too specific at this stage.
We have long standing relationships with our key suppliers but we are always happy to hear from businesses with relevant services. Sorry, we don't have any vacancies at the moment. Conference jobs are often advertised in the Guardian on Mondays and most big hotels have events teams that offer a great grounding in conference management.
